1. Canceling via Amazon Website

For subscriptions made directly through Amazon using cards, Amazon Pay, or other payment methods:

  1. Visit www.amazon.in and log in
  2. Hover over Accounts & Lists and select Your Prime Membership
  3. Click Manage Membership (top-right corner)
  4. Select End Membership or Update, Cancel and More
  5. For free trials: Click Do Not Continue
  6. Follow confirmation prompts until you receive cancellation confirmation

Note: You may see offers to keep your membership during cancellation. Refunds are available within 7 days if no benefits were used.


2. Canceling via Amazon Mobile App

  1. Open the Amazon Shopping app and log in
