Key Information: Canceling stops future charges but you can continue using Dropbox until the end of your current billing period. Your files remain safe but storage will revert to the free 2 GB limit after expiry.


1. Canceling via Dropbox Website

For most personal and business subscriptions:

  1. Visit www.dropbox.com and sign in
  2. Click your profile icon → Settings
  3. Go to Billing tab
  4. Click Manage subscription or Cancel subscription
