Apple One is a bundle subscription that combines multiple Apple services like Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud+, Apple News+, and Apple Fitness+. This comprehensive guide covers all methods to cancel your Apple One subscription across different devices and platforms.

Key Information: Canceling Apple One stops future charges but you retain access to all bundled services until the current billing period ends. If you cancel, you may lose access to content tied to those services, such as iCloud storage. Make sure to back up your data beforehand.


1. Canceling via iPhone or iPad (iOS/iPadOS)

The easiest and most common method to cancel Apple One on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID / Name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Apple One from the list
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted

Note: You will continue to have access to all Apple One services until the end of the current billing cycle. The exact expiry date is shown on the subscription page.


2. Canceling via Mac (macOS)

To cancel Apple One subscription directly from your Mac:

  1. Click the Apple Menu () in the top-left corner
  2. Go to System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS)
  3. Click your Apple ID
  4. Select Subscriptions from the sidebar
  5. Find Apple One and click Edit
  6. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm

Note: On macOS Ventura or later, Subscriptions are found under Apple ID → Media & Purchases in System Settings.


3. Canceling via iTunes or Finder (Windows/Mac)

For users managing subscriptions through iTunes on Windows or Finder on Mac:

  1. Open iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac)
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID if not already signed in
  3. Click your Account NameView My Account
  4. Scroll down to Settings → click Manage next to Subscriptions
  5. Find Apple One and click Edit
  6. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm

4. Canceling via Apple Website

You can also manage and cancel your Apple One subscription through Apple's website:

  1. Visit appleid.apple.com and sign in
  2. Scroll to the Subscriptions section
  3. Click Manage next to Apple One
  4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation steps

Important: Make sure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID that was used to purchase the Apple One subscription. Canceling from a different Apple ID will not work.


5. Canceling via Apple TV App

If you subscribed through the Apple TV app on a smart TV or streaming device:

  1. Open the Apple TV app on your device
  2. Go to Settings or Account
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Find Apple One and select Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Note: Subscription management options may vary slightly depending on the device brand (e.g., Samsung, LG, Roku). If you don't find the option, use the iPhone/iPad or Apple website method instead.


6. Canceling Family Sharing Apple One

If your Apple One subscription is shared via Family Sharing, only the Family Organizer can cancel it:

  1. Open Settings on the organizer's iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID / NameFamily Sharing
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Apple One
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Critical: Canceling Apple One under Family Sharing will remove access for all family members. If you only want to leave Family Sharing yourself, contact the Family Organizer instead.


Important Notes

  • Refunds: Apple generally does not offer refunds for subscription cancellations, but billing errors may be disputed through Apple Support
  • iCloud Storage: If your Apple One plan includes iCloud+, canceling may reduce your storage — back up your data immediately
  • Access: All bundled services remain accessible until the billing cycle ends
  • Apple One Plans (India): Individual (₹195/month), Family (₹365/month), Premier (₹430/month)
  • Verification: Always check for a confirmation email from Apple after canceling

Troubleshooting

If You Can't Find Apple One in Subscriptions:

  • Ensure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID used for purchase
  • Check if subscription was purchased by a Family Organizer
  • Try signing out and back into your Apple ID, then check again

If Charges Continue After Cancellation:

  • Verify cancellation status in your Subscriptions page
  • Check if you have a duplicate Apple One subscription under another Apple ID
  • Contact Apple Support and request a billing review

If Cancel Button is Grayed Out or Missing:

  • Your subscription may have already been canceled or expired
  • You may not be the account owner — check Family Sharing settings
  • Try using a different device or the Apple website method
